1. Physical Items (Compact Disks, Vinyl, T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.)

  • Return Window: We accept returns on physical goods within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Media Specific Rule: Compact Disks (CDs) and Vinyl records must be completely unopened and sealed in their original shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return. Opened media cannot be returned under any circumstance to prevent unauthorized digital copying.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning physical items to Acerraparkrecords. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Digital Music Downloads

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital assets, all purchases of digital music downloads from Acerraparkrecords are 100% non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.

3. Online Courses

  • 14-Day Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our online training courses.
  • Abuse Shield: To protect our content from exploitation, this refund is instantly voided if a user has watched, streamed, or downloaded more than 25% of the total course material or modules within that 14-day window.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If a physical item arrives broken, defective, or misprinted (such as a cracked mug or damaged vinyl sleeve), please email the Acerraparkrecords support team within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage to receive a free replacement or store credit.
